Return Policy

Please contact Uncommon Man before returning any items.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Uncommon Man and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Uncommon Man suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Uncommon Man will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Uncommon Man is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the size you wish to receive in exchange.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Uncommon Man reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

Handling

Uncommon Man does not take responsibility if the product manufactured, contrary to expectations, would discolor another garment. The garments should not be washed.

This website is managed by Uncommon Man. (hereinafter referred to as Uncommon Man or we). Following terms apply to all users of www.shopuncommonman.com. The terms are valid for all future transactions between you and www.shopuncommonman.com. These terms and conditions apply to the sales of products or services by Uncommon Man to private individuals. Uncommon Man reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. When shopping at Uncommon Man, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

Prices are stated in USD. Prices do not include delivery charges. As we ship from the United States, import duty, tax costs and customs charges will be invoiced to you directly from UPS. If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. Please contact your local customs office for current charges and regulations.

We have the right to adjust incorrect prices.
